I specialize in structural integrities such as Myofascial release, athletic massage, and I am certified in prenatal and Oncology massage.
I was reminded in yoga this morning just how important stretching and somatic movement can be for the pelvic floor. Healing and moving in a way that works for YOU- safely, comfortably, and at your own pace, is such an important part of moving forward.
And remember, don’t hold back your emotions while you’re healing. Sometimes, our bodies are simply telling us it’s time to let go. And sometimes, that release is exactly what allows us to finally relax.
