The Little Farm

The Little Farm is for sale! This is a home that can pay for itself! This farm generated $35,000 in income last year before adding the 1,200 sq ft commercial greenhouse that is now on site AND this farm can feed your family. This is a rare opportunity to step into an income generating business, a permaculture and organic practice farm with what was last estimated at $70,000 of mature, harvestable timber, and a self-sufficient homestead that can feed your family at the price of a home. Let me know if you would like to come see the farm! Nicole Oliver will be happy to schedule a viewing!

We are selling the farm! It is very bittersweet, but it is time for a new chapter for my family. We are so grateful to our community for welcoming us at farmer's markets, stopping by our roadside stand, joining our farm tours and kids summer series, and staying on the farm! We have met so many beautiful people through the gift of this farm, and we will forever be grateful. We have poured our hearts and passion into this farm, and I know it will continue to provide for another family and enrich the local community for years to come. If you are interested and have questions, let me know! I am more than happy to answer.
