Do you love art? Art Wizards is a fine art instruction organization serving elementary age students in the Puyallup area with afterschool art classes.

They are looking for teachers!

Pay $65 to $88 per class. Good teaching skills a must. Must have car,and pass required background check. 2 or 3 hours per week, possibly more.

Successful and well-established company. Classes are always a load of fun to teach.

This month, we’re honored to join our community for the 25th Anniversary 9/11 Day of Service and Remembrance.

For us, Rotary is about showing up, serving alongside our neighbors, and putting Service Above Self into action...and we can’t think of a more meaningful way to spend our September Service Day. ❤️🤍💙

We’ll begin with a flag ceremony and then head out to participate in meaningful service projects throughout our community.

And after the work is done…we eat! 🔥

All volunteers are invited to a FREE BBQ lunch from 11:30 AM–1:30 PM at the Methodist Church, sponsored by R&B Barbecue.

And when we say BBQ, we’re not talking hamburgers and hot dogs. 😉 We’re talking BBQ BBQ!

You do not have to be a Rotarian to join us. Bring your family, bring a friend, and come serve alongside your neighbors!

Touch a Truck

September 12th 10am-1pm (Quiet hour/no-horns time from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM for sensory-sensitive children)

Free admission (children must be accompanied by an adult)

Come explore a fire engine, semi-trucks, first responder vehicles, search and rescue vehicles, bucket trucks, striper, tractors, garbage truck, Joint Information Center, school bus, and so many more.

Operators will be on hand to answer questions and share how each vehicle works and what role their vehicle plays in the community. Many of the vehicles will be representing Pierce County Planning & Public Works, Surface Water Management, Pierce County Emergency Management, the Fire Department, Sheriff's Department, Parks and Recreation, LeMay, Gene's Towing, Bethel School District, Washington State Patrol, U-Haul, Marine Service Unit, and more.
