Our Hope Grows Here - Su***de Prevention Community Event is this weekend at Bigfoot Farm! A free family-friendly event building hope and connection in our community. Come meet with two of our Ruby Ranch Mental Health horses, Roxy and S'mores and learn about our mission to empower people through the human-horse connection.

A braid brings individual strands together while allowing each one to remain unique. In the same way, every horse, every person, and every relationship adds another strand to the story of the horse-human connection.

Here at Ruby Ranch Mental Health, we get to see the impact of that connection every day. Horses can offer space to slow down, practice trust, experience connection, build new skills, and sometimes communicate things that are hard to put into words.

So throughout October, we’ll be sharing some of the horses, people, and stories that make up our own braid.

And today, we’re officially passing the braid to our community!

Spend some meaningful time with a horse, create a braid in whatever way feels right, share what the horse-human connection means to you, and then pass it along to someone else.

It’s also a great chance to get a few more stamps on your Hope Grows Here Passport before the raffle drawing at our event Oct. 10th! Cloud 9 Cotton Candy and .dogs are also at the event and other businesses are not too far away. That’s at least 3 passport stops all in one place!
