In Greek mythology, Pan represents the wild and chaotic side of nature as well as its beauty. It may be that perhaps the reason why nature is so beautiful can go back to its unpredictability.

Monotony is not to be confused with consistency. Change is the spice of life but consistency keeps us sane.

You may be surprised at what you’ll find at our humble hideaway but we can promise you this: You’ll consistently find tasty food, delectable drinks, cozy nooks and a crazy good time. The best part? Each visit will look different than the last.

With September now here, we’re inching closer to launching our fall menu. Expect the drop sometime after the festivities of euphoria Greenville. Until then, get the summer favorites while you can.

We’ve found ourselves with an overabundance of Prosecco so we’ve decided this Sunday, we’ll have bottomless mimosas. Sometimes forever is just a second so don’t miss the opportunity… It may not come again.

Bars have always been community gathering spaces. Historically, they have been known to foster conversation acting as place of respite for travelers and in some cases, were a cradle for rebellion.

In the old West, bars were even the first bedrock on a town.

We take that history seriously. We hope to keep those conversations going welcoming the day’s weary who’d like to take the edge off, the mavericks looking for a quiet corner to wrestle with their thoughts and the groups just looking to reconnect.

Sometimes, the best laid plans and the very best friends are ones you don’t plan for and may not intentionally go together. Sort of like a tropical drink with a purple hue and bourbon-forward boozy libation.

We’ve had a scorching August but it looks like it’s supposed to cool off ushering in the first of our favorite micro-season: “Fool’s Fall.” Fool’s Fall is a week where you can still get fresh tomatoes and peaches off summer in the mid-80s rather than high-90s.
It’s probably not the last but it’s definitely the first.
