AVLSolutions

We're looking forward to Fall for Greenville this October 9-11! It's an event we love being part of every year, bringing live music, food, and community together in the heart of downtown. From the main stages to the smaller sets, we're proud to help make sure every performance sounds just right. This year, we're debuting new lighting and audio equipment across the stages, and we can't wait for you to see and hear the difference. Stay tuned as we gear up for another great weekend.

Great camera equipment only goes so far if it's in the wrong spot. AVL Solutions' Mason Freitas explains how sightlines, angle choices, and lighting work together to shape what audiences see, and why those decisions matter even more for people watching remotely or from an overflow room. He also shares practical steps planners can take, starting with bringing their AV team in while the room layout is still being finalized. Read more: https://loom.ly/d6trxgk

Why Camera Placement Matters as Much as Camera Quality The right camera position can do more for an audience's experience than the best equipment in the room. By Mason Freitas It’s tempting to think camera quality is what makes a live event look professional.

Rehearsal isn't just a formality, it's where preparation actually pays off.

A tight run of show only works if the team has walked through it. That's when we catch the details that never show up on paper: mic levels, sightlines, transitions, timing. It's the difference between hoping an event goes well and knowing it will.

At AVL Solutions, rehearsal time is part of how we prepare for an experience, because the best event days are the ones where nothing feels left to chance.
