David wrapped a few great days with Partners in San Diego, then swung into Vegas to join the conversation about what's happening in the security space at Black Hat.

The direction is hard to miss. The whole industry is moving toward zero trust.

Last day of , and our feet hurt in the best way. But, we're not stopping yet. Come to our afterparty tonight! [𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐚 𝐟𝐞𝐰 𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐬 𝐥𝐞𝐟𝐭]

You can plan the booth, the demos, and the talking points, but the week really comes alive with who walks up and who you meet.

Scott Dickinson got to hang with Vince Tinnirello of Anchor Network Solutions, Inc., then caught up with DBarry Weir of D Barry Weir & Associates (the hat is undefeated). Now the question is, what song will Scott sing at the party tonight?

Kristen Clark never sat down. She spent the week at booth #504, handling everything from start to finish, had a blast meeting Partners, and met so many new friends. She's still handing out invites to the party later!

David Setzer did what he always does at these shows, which is end up in the conversations worth having. Luis Giraldo of ScalePad was one of them.

Dine and Defend is our private MSP and MSSP party with Auvik Networks Inc.. Food, drinks, and game night at Punch Bowl Social from 6 to 8 pm (1485 E St, San Diego, CA 92101).

Zero trust for your inbox, and full trust that you'll have fun tonight.

David Setzer is in San Diego for hashtag this week. It's one of the channel's biggest gatherings of the year, and it's where we get to show Partners what we've been building.

Big year for Shield. We rolled out Email Traffic Control, which gives admins point-and-click control over how inbound, outbound, and mailbox-level email is handled. Then, just last week, we shipped Deployment Control, giving Partners a genuinely easy way to deploy the gold standard of email security: zero trust.

To celebrate, we're having a party tonight! Will you join us? Dine and Defend is our ChannelCon afterparty with Auvik, but we've only got a couple of seats left. August 5 (tonight) from 6-8 PM at Punch Bowl Social.

Come eat, play games with us, and relax. We're at Booth #504 if you want to find us first or register at https://hubs.la/Q04s00Sj0

Most encryption depends on the sender remembering to use it. Let's face it, nobody is perfect. People forget, and compliance doesn't grade on effort.

Bracket makes the manual path easy. Type [bracket] in the subject line and the email encrypts on its way out. No app, no plugin, no portal.

The stronger protection is the kind that doesn't wait on the user.

Shield goes even further. Its Intelligent Data Detectors go beyond pattern matching to read the full context of a message, catch the sensitive content a simple rule could miss, and route it through Bracket to encrypt automatically. The user just sends their email and the system handles the rest.

Protection that works even on the day someone forgets. Take the tour:

Does Zapier break email authentication or is it just me?

Short answer: yes, but it depends on how Zapier sits in your mailflow. If Zapier modifies a message after it has been DKIM-signed, that invalidates the signature. If Zapier is generating messages from its own systems, you’ll want to check whether Zapier has SPF and DKIM records that need to be added to your domain’s DNS.

Zapier itself isn’t the problem, where it touches the message is.

Questions like this come up a lot. That’s why we did a webinar on email authentication, https://hubs.la/Q04qp45F0

The right components, chosen with purpose.

Our products are built on proprietary systems developed in-house, combined with proven open source components.

At the core is an architecture we designed from the ground up. From that foundation, every element is selected or developed for the role it plays in delivering system performance, reliability, and consistent behavior.

The email security market is full of powerful software that nobody actually wants to use. Vendors continue to pile on features until their interfaces become so bloated they create more work than they eliminate.

We made a different bet: invest in design as a long-term differentiator. Our products do their job and get out of the way. When your clients stop noticing their security and your techs stop drowning in tickets, you'll know you've made the right choice.

David nailed what we're after. Elegance isn't a nice-to-have for us, it's the whole point. When the solution disappears into the background, everyone wins.

Big thanks to David Johnson and The Fulcrum Group, Inc. for trusting us. Proud to be part of your stack.
