I couldn't be more excited for my buyers as they make their way back home to the Upstate.
They lived here before, moved to Florida, are currently in Canada, and have been counting down the days until they could be back near the mountains they love.
This wasn't our first offer. We toured several homes virtually and wrote offers that just weren't the right fit.

One thing my clients know is that I'll always protect their best interests. That means I will never encourage someone to overpay for a home or accept terms that don't make sense just to get a deal done.

Instead, we stayed patient.
We circled back to the very first home they fell in love with, and it was still available. The large yard and privacy were exactly what their growing family wanted, and this time everything came together.

This sweet family is officially under contract on their new home!
It's been quite the journey to get here. We had their home on the market for a little over a month, and during that time we missed out on a couple of homes because of the home sale contingency.
We actually toured this home about a month ago, and they fell in love with it immediately. Rather than risk the disappointment of getting attached before their home was under contract, we decided to wait.
As soon as their home went under contract, this beautiful house was somehow still available. We moved quickly, negotiated below the list price, secured seller concessions to help with closing costs, and got it under contract 🎉
Now they're one step closer to the home that truly feels meant for them.
Moments like this remind me that sometimes the timing doesn't make sense while you're in the middle of it. But when everything comes together, you realize it happened exactly the way it was supposed to.
I couldn't be happier for this wonderful family, and I can't wait to hand them the keys. 🏡❤️

The past week, I've received two handwritten cards from clients I recently had the privilege of helping buy a home. One was a relocation client. The other was a first-time homebuyer.

These two notes couldn't have come at a better time.
Real estate can be challenging. There are days that feel discouraging, and it's easy to get caught up in the contracts, deadlines, and negotiations. But moments like this remind me why I keep going!

To me, real estate has never been transactional. It's personal.

When someone trusts me to guide them through one of the biggest decisions of their lives, I don't take that lightly. I pour my whole heart into every client I have the privilege of serving. The best part of this career isn't the closing day. It's the relationships that continue long after the keys are handed over. Some of my clients have become lifelong friends, and that is something I'll never stop being grateful for.

Today, I had the honor of handing the keys to an amazing family as they closed on their dream home. After making the move from Charleston to Simpsonville, they found the perfect place to begin their next chapter.

What makes this home even more special? It's directly across the street from her parents and just down the road from her sister and brother-in-law. You simply can't put a price on being surrounded by the people you love most.

I'm beyond grateful they trusted me to be part of this journey. Getting to know their family has been such a blessing, and I couldn't be happier for them. Here's to making lifelong memories in a home that truly feels meant to be.

Whew y’all… this one was A LOT.

Multiple delays. Unexpected obstacles. Moments that felt heavy. There were times when it seemed like every time we solved one problem, another one appeared.
