It is a very bittersweet day here at the butcher shop. After 17 years here and 40 plus collectively years (Groton General 13 years & Giovanni’s 13 years) , today is Wendy’s last day! We wish her the best in her retirement. We will miss her dearly. The shop will not be the same without her! (But don’t worry she did say she will come back to make chili)
