Brushes out, hooves up! "Friday Barn Crew" was busy grooming, cleaning hooves, and giving our four-legged friends lots of TLC!

What happens when Strega Mama and a magic pasta pot come to GFS? Lots of laughs and some very fun interactive storytelling!

Little yogis in the wild! We stretched, balanced, took some deep breaths, and did a few downward dogs along the way! 🐶 There’s nothing quite like Yoga in Nature at GFS.

After picking our apples from the GFS orchard, it was time to experiment! Our young scientists tested what happens when apple slices are exposed to different substances such as lemon juice, water, air, and salt.

Which apple slices would turn brown the fastest? Would any stay fresh-looking longer? And most importantly... why?

Farmer John had the orchard ready and waiting, and our GFS kids were more than happy to help lighten those apple trees!

Our first week of school is in the books! The kids were so excited to be back on the farm with their friends learning, exploring, and settling into a new school year. Enjoy a few photos of our GFS kids back in action!

What a day on the Squannacook!

Students, teachers, and parent volunteers paddled the river with
guides from the Nashua River Watershed Association (NRWA), exploring habitats, adaptations, and the plants and animals that call the river home.
