Jeneffer Rubinstein was born and raised in the Chicagoland area and has been in the beauty industry since 1990, and has influenced countless lives with her mastery of meticulous attention to detail. As a direct result, she has received numerous referrals and recognition from peers, colleagues, and clients. Jeneffer has been introduced with eyelash extensions since 2003 and received formal training and certification in 2006. While mastering what she does best, she continues to educate herself and get certified with the latest and greatest, such as certification as a Certified Redken Color Specialist.
