This weekend we'll experience 30-40mph winds around the state with gusts to 50+, making it feel like 15 degrees BELOW ZERO. With conditions like this, it only takes 10-15 minutes outside to develop Frost Bite on exposed skin.
We could also get an inch or so of snow overnight.
