For the ninth year in a row, the City of Hamilton employees participated in a new, gym shoe drive for the Caring Closet kids. Wow did they step up this year!! 350 pairs of new gym shoes were delivered to the Caring Closet!
HUGE thank you to all who donated! Special thank you to Ashley and Peggy for coordinating the drive and to Marcus for helping deliver it. Colin and Bentley, Badin students, carried the shoes up the steps and an army of Caring Closet volunteers showed up to put them on shelves so we can pack them into the student’s boxes. It truly takes a village!

This is a group of huge-hearted, hard-working, wonderful people! The Caring Closet volunteers are second to none.
Not all could make it to our appreciation lunch but we include them in saying, we cannot do what we do without all of you! Thank you for your time and commitment! ❤️

Thank you to one of the Caring Closet’s favorite local ladies philanthropy group for this very generous donation of feminine hygiene products. We cannot do what we do without all of you!

Thank you Kettering Health Hamilton Inpatient Therapy Team for collecting and donating toiletries for the Caring Closet kids! We cannot do what we do without people like you! Special thanks to Jessica and her adorable sons for delivering the items!

School starts this week and the Caring Closet has been preparing all summer to serve the students of the Hamilton City School District. These are the smiling faces of many of our volunteers that make it all happen. (Some are missing like Sophie, John, Vicki, Kendra,Kim and Greg.)Thank you for always showing up and giving of your time and sharing your giant hearts! ❤️

The congregation from Grace United Methodist Church collected toiletries through the month of July to donate for the start of this school year. Thank you so much for filling the empty places in our toiletry pantry just in time to send out to students in need. And a special thanks to Beth, Russ and Riley for delivering it all! We love our Hamilton community! ❤️
