I’m not going to lie…

I’d LOVE to have two hours to play around with your detail photos on your wedding day. But the reality is, we don’t want to spend that much of your precious wedding day on them.

So I’ve learned to be really efficient.

Give me 15 minutes and I can create beautiful, intentional detail photos. But if you want me to really play? Give me 30–45 minutes and we can create multiple setups, variations, and more artful images.

Because your details tell a story before you even see a photo of yourself. They set the stage for the beauty ahead!

And whether we have 15 minutes or 45, I’ll make every minute count. 🤍

Finally catching up on posting some of my favorite images from my styled shoots this spring, and this one with Madison Westfall was one for the ages. Everything was so stunning and thoughtfully put together, and it had me thinking that brides need a little more time for themselves on their wedding day to have their own Vogue moments.

And honestly? Bridal portraits don’t have to happen on the wedding day.

A little glimpse into Hannah’s wedding morning, in black and white. 🤍

I absolutely love capturing the getting ready process for a bride - the sweet anticipation, a few nerves, and the true joy as she gets ready to see and pray with the love of her life.

It’s the final pause before the rest of her life as a WIFE, and I’m so there for it!

Just over here dreaming about when the tents are down at Ault Park! (IYKYK 😅)

But really, I can’t stop thinking about how many couples I’ve gotten to see twirl under those pretty arches and feel extra special during their photo session. There’s just something about Ault Park that makes everything feel a little more romantic. 🤍

Definitely one of the dreamiest wedding photo locations in Cincinnati, if I’m being honest.

St. Joseph cufflinks + a great watch + a piece of the bride’s wedding dress pinned to his lapel was how Andrew (and his bride, of course!) decided to elevate the meaning behind his wedding attire.

It’s easy to focus on the shoes, jewelry, and veil for the bride, but there are so many ways to add detail to the groom’s getting-ready process too!
