The renaissance festival industry was significantly impacted by the COVID pandemic. In order to provide an avenue for merchants, entertainers, and employees to earn a living, and for the mental health of our fans, we created the Pirates of the Pontchartrain festival. At the time, many festivals were still closed, resulting in hardships for many professionals in our industry. We are thrilled we were able to provide an avenue for members of our community we love so much. The time has come to focus on infrastructure and improvements of our major event, the Louisiana Renaissance Festival. Easter Bunny Candles, Pony Ride, Easter Egg hunts, a Treasure hunt, pirates, rum, and other fun.
Some treasure filled eggs are tricky to find. But they seem to have fun searching.
