Her Sacred Way is a cultural wellness movement centered on the celebration of womanhood by fostering habits that empower black women and girls to comfortably be themselves during their various cycles from girlhood to womanhood. We intend to illuminate feminine self-care practices that assist women of color in navigating their journey through life and womanhood by offering a supportive community engrossed in not only childbirth services but also yoga and energy healing for everyone.

Heyyyyy.๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿฝ

For those who are new here โ€” Iโ€™m Symphonie. Birth worker (Full Spectrum Doula & Cycle Alignment Guide, & Yoga Instructor. I support women through transitions of birth, body, and biology โ€” the full spectrum of what it means to live in a female body and strive to understand it.

For those who have been here โ€” Iโ€™ve missed you & thank you for staying!

Her Sacred Way meant everything to me. It was the searching. The learning. The finding my footing. And the following my faith to trust what I knew while helping others do the same. It will always be a part of who I am.

True Sovereign is where I landed.

Iโ€™m now based in the DMV โ€” a new chapter, a new city, a new season. And this brand is the fullest expression of everything Her Sacred Way was building toward, just with a bit more clarity.

Hereโ€™s what you can expect here:

Real education around birth, female biology, and body literacy โ€” the things most of us were never taught and the system never offered.

A space where your body is not a problem to be solved. Where your cycle is not an inconvenience. Where birth is not something that happens to you.

This is True Sovereign.
Self-led, embodied living.
Birth beyond survival.

Iโ€™m glad youโ€™re here.

Hi!

Almost July.

Iโ€™ve been quiet, Iโ€™ve been healing.

Receiving. Creating.

Knowledge as power, as clarity, as medicine, as peace, as freedom.

Iโ€™m still here.

Now as True Sovereign.

Welcome back. โœจ๐Ÿ’‹

๐ŸŒบโœจWhat a powerful weekend connecting with incredible women at the Buffalo History Museum for the event! โœจ

Having moments of celebration and inspiration with our community is what makes this work so meaningful. Thereโ€™s something magical about seeing our clients, friends, and family members gathering in spaces honoring womenโ€™s empowerment and community support!

As we moved through the museum we were reminded that weโ€™re simultaneously creating our ownโ€”a history of women supporting women, building community, and honoring each unique journey.

These moments remind us why we do what we do at Her Sacred Way. When we step outside our studio and into the community, we witness the ripple effect of our collective work toward Yโ€™all seen our founder up on big screen even though she

The only thing we know is, at the end of the day the day gon end.

Life doesnโ€™t come with guarantees, and that uncertainty can be terrifying.

Yoga teaches us to find our strength and comfort in the present, even when the present feels out of hand & the future feels out of reach.

Itโ€™s where we learn to trust ourselves, to breathe through the unknown, and to find peace in the only moment we haveโ€”right now.

๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จWhat a week itโ€™s beenโ€ฆIYKYK.

Sometimes life just weighs us down, with all its demands, losses, and struggles & the fu** sh**.

This practice is where we get to decide what to keep and what to put down. Each movement gives us a chance to breathe out the burdens that arenโ€™t ours to carry.

Itโ€™s not about ignoring the weightโ€”itโ€™s about choosing to when to deal with it & when to release it.
