🦞Guiding seafood lovers toward fresh, coastal-inspired flavors, Lighthouse 153 brings a taste of New England to the heart of Hanover. Founded by husband-and-wife team Jessica and Matthew Krumrine, Lighthouse 153 began as a food truck before growing into a beloved restaurant in Red Lion, and now, their newest adventure has brought them to downtown Hanover.

🦞Guests can enjoy fresh seafood favorites like lobster rolls, crab cakes, and seafood baskets, alongside handcrafted cocktails and house-brewed craft beer from their very own brewery. Every dish is made with fresh ingredients and a whole lot of heart, creating an experience that feels like a mini seaside escape, even miles from the coast.

The name Lighthouse 153 is inspired by the story in John 21, where the disciples catch 153 fish after following Jesus’ direction, a symbol of abundance, gratitude, and the joy of sharing a meal together.

Important Update from Lighthouse 153 Hanover

Lighthouse 153 Hanover has some unfortunate news to share.

Due to an unexpected walk-in freezer malfunction following service yesterday evening, the restaurant has made the difficult decision to postpone its Grand Opening.

The good news is that all food was safely transferred to another freezer to preserve its quality. A special thank-you goes to Greer's for stepping in and providing immediate assistance during the unexpected situation.

To allow time for repairs and to move everything back into place, Lighthouse 153 Hanover will be closed on Tuesday, August 4.

While the team is incredibly disappointed by this delay, the safety and quality of the food served to guests will always remain the top priority.

The owners and staff are deeply grateful for the overwhelming support shown throughout the soft opening this past week. The community's patience, encouragement, and excitement have meant so much to everyone involved.

A new grand opening date will be announced as soon as everything is ready, and the team looks forward to welcoming everyone for a celebration that will be well worth the wait.

Thank you for your understanding, and Lighthouse 153 Hanover looks forward to seeing everyone very soon.

The good news is that all of our food was safely transferred to another freezer to protect its quality. A huge thank you to Greer's for coming to the rescue and helping us out!

To allow time for repairs and to move everything back into place, Lighthouse 153 Hanover will be closed on Tuesday, August 4.

While we're incredibly disappointed, the safety and quality of the food we serve will always come first.

We can't thank everyone enough for the amazing support you've shown during our soft opening this past week. Your patience, encouragement, and excitement have meant the world to our team.
