🐱 Happy International Cat Day! Today, we’re celebrating the feline coworkers who supervise calls, nap through meetings, and stroll across keyboards. Through our collaboration with Udayan Care, Ciena has helped enroll more than 1,900 youth in career upskilling programs, awarded 1,780+ professional certifications, and facilitated 1,100+ job placements. On a recent visit to the Manesar Telecom Centre, our team members heard directly from alumni and Udayan Care leaders about the life-changing impact of the program. We're proud to support opportunities that help more young people build meaningful careers in our communities.

Recently, Ciena team members visited government schools across Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka distributing essential learning materials to more than 250 students. The initiative reflects our commitment to helping students access the tools and resources they need to learn, grow, and succeed.
