Tech Pathways Program - Hanover Auto Team

The apprentices are back today to start their summer at Tech Pathways, starting a new project we are all excited about! Any guesses what they’re up to?!

We took some time yesterday to support a small business in our community! The lemonade went great with our official Tech Pathways hotdogs 🌭🍋😋

We were happy to host the Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce, PA’s Workforce Development Committee meeting earlier this week! We’re always happy to share our space for such a great cause.

Myranda has been busy at Toyota! We caught her mid-project during a total engine replacement. This is what you call her “happy place.” 🤩

We like to have fun, but we also get down to business! After last week’s signing day, our brand new Apprentices had their first staff meeting with Keith. In the next few weeks they will be onboarded as official employees, and then they’ll start their new jobs at their assigned locations at Hanover Auto Team!

🎊 CONGRATULATIONS 🎊 to our Pre-Apprentices as they have ALL been offered and accepted FULL-TIME employment at Hanover Auto Team as second year Apprentices! We are so incredibly proud of each of their hard work and dedication this year and are excited for their future with us. We celebrated with their families, friends, and school counselors last evening at our Signing Day event, where each student signed their employment contract. Thank you to the Hanover Chamber of Commerce for your continued support of our program. Please help us officially welcome them all to Hanover Auto Team!

Second year Apprentice AJ has been busy at hanovercollisioncenter helping a customer turn two trucks into one better truck! He has to get creative to get what he needs out of the “parts” truck 🔧 🛻
