One of the most common things I hear, and I just have to chuckle. 🤭 Here’s the thing: a good camera *helps.* But it’s merely a tool. Just like a great carpenter has a hammer, an artist has their favorite brushes, and a mechanic has their go-to drill brand.

We hired a drywall contractor this week and the deciding factor between him and his competition? Not his price point (which was actually slightly higher!), but his years of experience and customer reviews.

When you book a photographer, you’re not buying photos. You’re investing in years of experience, an eye for genuine moments, professional editing, and a gallery you’ll cherish for years.

Thankfully, the camera is just one small part of that equation. 😌📸

Today, we remember and honor those who stood in defense of our freedoms.

This is one of my favorite monuments on the Gettysburg Battlefield, honoring both sides of a divided country. To me, it stands as a reminder that even after deep division, people can come together to honor lives lost.

That even on opposing sides, each life matters. 🇺🇸
