The Queen Esther Program is a faith-based collaboration between the Faith Community and the State of Connecticut Department of Children and Families. Through foster care recruitment and supports this program is designed to increase the number of licensed foster care and adoptive home throughout the state. This collaboration is committed to restoration, affirmation, and the support of children and their families to build long lasting nurturing relationships.
