Juan Mendez's journey began as a blue-collar worker for Local 377, where he started as an Ironworker Rodbuster and steadily progressed to become a Foreman, successfully completing numerous large commercial projects. Later, he extended his expertise to residential projects, excelling as a Project Manager with smaller General A companies. After accumulating over a decade of invaluable experience within the Commercial sector and honing his skills in Residential sector Juan took the courageous step to forge his own path, giving birth to Agile Construction.
