Archit
The IT Support Firm for the Architecture, Design, and Engineering Community.
At ArchIT, we believe that supporting the technology of the Architecture, Design, and Engineering community doesn’t have to be as complicated as some would make it out to be. And with a strong understanding of AutoDesk and most other applications you rely on, a focus on providing respectful and responsive support to technical issues, and leadership that takes a “seat at the table” for all of your IT decisions – it really isn’t. Our clients tell us that their projects run smoother, their people are more efficient and their businesses see greater levels of success with an IT support company that’s dedicated to supporting them, and their specific needs in the business of architecture.
Can employees get reliable answers without searching through company documents?
In this demonstration, the bot answers a PTO question, provides a confidence score, and links directly to the source policy. When information is missing, it identifies the documentation gap so leadership can address it.

What if employees could ask instead of search?
Policies, employee handbooks, SOPs, and digital design manuals can be organized into an intelligent chatbot that provides faster access to approved information.

Can your entire team access it when they need it?

Are repeated employee questions slowing down your firm?
Employees rarely search through a handbook when they need a quick answer.
A Policy Bot makes approved information easier to access while protecting valuable leadership time.

“How much PTO do I have?” “Can I expense parking?” “Can I work remotely Friday?” “Are we allowed to use ChatGPT?”
None of these are difficult questions. But in a small or mid-sized architecture firm, they often end up interrupting the same people—principals, project managers, office managers, and operations leaders. Meanwhile, the answer is probably already sitting somewhere in an employee handbook, policy, SOP, or other internal document.
In our latest episode, Boris and I show how we built a Policy Bot inside Microsoft Teams that lets employees ask those questions directly, retrieves answers from approved company documents, points people back to the source—and even exposes gaps when the firm doesn't have a clear answer documented yet.
The bigger idea goes well beyond HR policies. What happens when the same approach starts unlocking your firm's design standards, procedures, lessons learned, and decades of institutional knowledge?
