Fall has some of the best flavors!

So many people have learned how crucial it is for us to eat clean local food, and there are surprising parallels with flowers.

Cheap flowers at big stores typically come from Ecuador and are sprayed with a potent cocktail of nasty chemicals.

That's why we are so happy to have a local flower farm who uses organic, regenerative methods to produce beautiful flowers and herbs.

These are fresh, local, and seasonal, so they will always be changing month to month and even week to week!

Come check them out and feel free to inhale deeply - no poisons on these!

Have had several people come in for our Fermented Garlic today! Paired with our Elderberry Syrup from Wildyrooted, these two locally made products are the best line of defense for the cold and flu season. 🧄🤒

Skip the starbucks and try our new pumpkin coffee syrup or pumpkin smoothie! We also have a new maple brown sugar syrup as well from Heritage. 🎃🍂

Working behind the scenes with Rachel Flores, the owner of Flores Flower Farms... exciting things to come. 💐

NEW limited Carrot Cakes and fresh breads dropped off to us today! 🥕

Jon when you ask him about anything in the storefront:

If you've never tried Honeynut Squash, it’s basically butternut squash after it got its life together. 🤠
