💙 Testimony Thursday 💙
Exceptional hospice care is never the work of just one person. It takes a dedicated team working together and partnering with other healthcare professionals to care for the whole person and support the entire family. 🤝
This week, we're honored to share another 5-star Google review from the family of a past patient: "The Yellow Team rose to the occasion. They guided us through the process and more importantly they showed us caring, compassion, and diligence."
From nurses and physicians to case managers, therapists, medical equipment specialists, pharmacy teams, and countless others... every member plays an important role in ensuring patients receive comprehensive, coordinated care that addresses their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
Thank you to our 💛 Yellow Team 💛 and all those who collaborate each day to make a meaningful difference for the patients and families we are privileged to serve.
