A few weeks ago I went to my beautiful friends wedding in Indiana. I spent around 10 hours in heels that day. My lower legs and feet were killing me!
Check out the exercises I did following the wedding to undo my legs and feet getting irritated.
Having my feet and ankles adjusted also helped so much. When wearing heels your calves stay in a contracted position and it jams up the bones and joints of your ankle and feet.
And if you’re not in heels- tennis shoes, work boots, and lots of other shoes can place this strain on your feet also.
Didn’t know you could have your feet and ankles adjusted? Most people don’t. Come get the relief you deserve.

This weekend I took a course about the dreaded Alpha Gal. What it is, how to treat it, and how to help people recover. I cannot wait to share with everyone the insights on this course and how I will be able to help!
In the meantime I am working on getting my systems out into place so I can seamlessly incorporate this treatment into my office.
I will update my page again whenever I am fully ready to begin treating patients with Alpha Gal.
Let’s heal together!

Your body is performing a miracle, and it deserves to feel strong, balanced, and supported every step of the way. 🤰✨
Whether you are currently preparing for conception or navigating the beautiful, ever-changing journey of pregnancy, chiropractic care is about much more than just "relieving pain." It’s about ensuring your nervous system is functioning at its best so your body can do what it was designed to do.
Why consider care during this time?
🌱 Prior to Conception: We focus on promoting a regular cycle and optimal uterine function, preparing your body to be as strong and balanced as possible.
⚖️ During Pregnancy: Your center of gravity shifts, your ligaments loosen (thanks to relaxin!), and your body undergoes massive structural changes. From rib and upper back discomfort caused by your growing baby to the strain on your lower spine, these changes can be significant.
We are here to help you navigate these shifts, address spinal or pelvic imbalances, and ensure you feel comfortable and capable throughout your pregnancy.
Swipe through to learn more about how we support your structural foundation during these transformative stages! ➡️

A little fun with my dear patient and friend!
I did a stretch session on her first with some new stretches and of course I needed to know what they felt like too so she tried one on me!
Something so cool about this video is that J was able to feel a difference in tightness from side to side on my body!
If you’re interested in assisted stretch, you should come in for a session🧘♀️
Such a relaxing way to let go on stress and tension in your body😌

Let’s talk about the actual hardest part about exercising… i bet it’s not what you think it is.
Find someone motivating.
Find someone who pushes you and hold you accountable.
Find an activity you genuinely enjoy doing.
The mental hump of starting the exercise is typically what I find that holds people back, not the exercise itself.
Need accountability? I’d LOVE to hold you accountable.

What does the latest global data say about managing low back pain? 📊
A comprehensive review of clinical practice guidelines published in The Lancet Rheumatology highlights spinal manipulation as a leading non-pharmacological approach for low back pain.
✅ #1 for Acute Pain: Spinal manipulation is the most frequently endorsed recommendation for acute low back pain, supported by 71% of the guidelines.
✅ Backed for Chronic Pain: The evidence doesn't stop at acute cases—spinal manipulation was also endorsed by nine separate guidelines evaluated for chronic low back pain.
When it comes to evidence-based care, spinal manipulation consistently stands out as a top-tier recommendation for helping patients get back on their feet.

Always thankful.
Thankful I get to move my body.
Thankful I get to breathe fresh air.
Thankful I get to feel the sunshine on my skin.
Thankful for these moments to reset and reconnect. 🌿☀️
My favorite part about walking? It’s basically a natural tune-up for your back. Every step helps pump nutrients into your spinal discs, keeping your foundation hydrated and feeling great. Movement is absolutely medicine! 🥾✨
Adding chiropractic into your routine can help neurologic pathways send those feel good signals to help break you out of any stress or pain you’ve been experiencing.
