A HUGE shoutout to the Lauras at MoxYcello for hosting such a fun night for Backpack Society!
Their amazing customers showed up in a BIG way, filling two giant bins with approximately 150 POUNDS of food for local kids in need! And the best part? Everyone who brought a food donation got to enjoy one of MoxYcello’s incredible drinks!
Good drinks, great people, and a whole lot of food for kids in our community. What a night!

🚨 WE’RE OUT OF CEREAL! 🚨
Our pantry is officially out of cereal for our Family Grocery Program, and we need your help to fill the shelves again! 🥣
Here are 3 easy ways to help:
🛒 Shop & Drop — Pick up a box (or two!) and drop it in our 24-hour donation bin.
💙 Let Us Shop — A $4 donation provides a box of cereal for a family.
📦 Shop & Ship — Order from our Amazon Wish List and have it shipped directly to us.
Every box helps put food on the table for local families. ❤️

❤️ Thank you, Highlands Ranch Stake of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints! ❤️
We are incredibly grateful to the Highlands Ranch Stake of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints for continuing to show up for local students and families!
For the 4th year, we were honored to be invited to this special event, where volunteers generously provided the food and packed 942 weekend food bags for students who may not have enough to eat when they’re away from school.
That’s 942 bags filled with food, care and community support. 🎒❤️
Thank you for making a difference, year after year, and for helping us ensure that students have food to take home for the weekend.
We are so grateful for your partnership and the incredible volunteers who make this event possible! 🙌

🌱 We’re Going Green! 💚
Backpack Society is proud to announce that we’ve earned Silver Level Certification from the Colorado Green Business Network! 🎉
A big thank you to Aidan Lawton of the Sustainable Business Partnership for guiding us through the certification process and helping us find new ways to reduce our environmental impact.
With his help, we’re now:
♻️ Recycling all of our cardboard
🌱 Composting unusable food
🛍️ Using compostable bags
Small changes can make a big difference, and we’re excited to continue finding ways to be better stewards of our community and our environment.
Thank you, Aidan, for helping Backpack Society take another step toward a more sustainable future! 💚🌎
