Today, we pause to honor, remember, and reflect.

For many of us, September 11, 2001, feels like a moment when time stood still. A normal morning suddenly became one our nation would never forget. The world seemed frozen as we watched events unfold in disbelief. The hours moved in slow motion. We remember where we were, who we were with, and the emotions we felt as we tried to make sense of the unimaginable.

On Patriot Day, we honor the lives lost, the heroes who answered the call without hesitation, and the families and communities forever changed by that day. We also remember the resilience that carried our nation forward and the strength we found in one another.

At Hispanic Unity of Florida, we join our community in remembrance, gratitude, and reflection.

We will never forget. ❤️🤍💙

Nunca olvidaremos. ❤️🤍💙
