Four years ago, Stacy joined Bullseye as an Account Manager, where she quickly became someone clients relied on π Her passion for content led her to a new role leading our content department. Stacy does an outstanding job of developing and protecting our clients' brand voices across a wide array of industries, has embraced the fast-moving world of AI to amp up our deliverables, and she does it all flawlessly. Clients trust her because she is uniquely attuned to their needs and the evolving landscape of content marketing today.
To mark four years, we asked four teammates to share something they appreciate about her π
Maysie:
I can't thank Stacy enough for her guidance and expertise as Content Manager! There's no one else I'd rather collaborate with π
Bre:
Sheβs incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and on top of her professionalism, sheβs just a cool person who makes working feel more fun and grounded. Sheβs an amazing leader and a lovely person!
Sonya:
Stacy is the definition of grace under pressure. No matter how hectic things get, she always shows up with a smile, gives everything she has, and makes the people around her better. We're all very lucky to have her as a teammate.
Erik:
Stacy is a great leader on our small but mighty content team. She keeps things moving and on course, and is responsible for getting an incredible volume of impeccable content out on the daily. We're all lucky to get to work with her.

Our VP of Media, Josh, celebrates three years at Bullseye Strategy today, and we figured the best tribute to him was a report!
π Dashboards built: enough to make sense of anything
π Times he has spoken on Zoom while muted: too many to count
π€ Clients who trust his strategy recommendations: all of them
None of that captures the part that matters most, which is how much sharper the whole team has gotten from working next to him. Happy three years, Josh! π₯
π― And that's a wrap on our annual retreat, this time in sunny Hollywood, Florida!
Time together as a team gave us the space to map out an exciting year ahead, dig into what's next in marketing and AI, and genuinely enjoy being in the same room with the people who make this work so great.
Grateful for a company that makes this happen year after year. They keep getting better. π

Timeshare occupancy has been climbing since 2023, while hotel occupancy has been falling. At 8 in 10 units filled year-round, developers have the demand side handled.
The harder question is who fills those units a decade from now.
Millennials and Gen Z already account for 76% of recent timeshare purchases, and they research a purchase like this on their own long before anyone gives them a tour. They ask AI assistants whether timeshare is worth it, what the fees really cost, and how exit works. Whether a developer's name comes up in those answers is decided by work most have not started.
Timeshare developers competing for the next generation of owners should start by auditing what AI and search results say about them today β https://bullseyestrategy.com/contact-us

The threshold for South Florida luxury real estate keeps getting higher.
A single-family home in Miami-Dade now has to sell for $15 million to rank among the top 1% of sales. Other markets have seen dramatic increases as well:
π Palm Beach: $14M
π Martin: $10.5M
π South Florida overall: $10.7M, up from $7.8M in 2025
As wealth and investment keep flowing into South Florida, the opportunity for luxury brokerages and developers is significant, and so is the competition for a relatively small pool of qualified buyers.
Winning their attention takes more than marketing individual listings. It means building visibility for your brand and your developments across the whole buyer journey, from the first Google or AI-powered search through months of consideration. SEO and AEO put you in front of buyers while they are actively researching, and paid search, social, and programmatic keep your brand visible as they move toward a decision.
Competing for South Florida's luxury buyer? Let's look at whether your digital strategy is reaching them β https://bullseyestrategy.com/contact-us

Five years ago today, Robyn joined us π Five years of keeping things running behind the scenes, where her Wrike wizardry and automation mastery quietly hold everything together.
We asked five people for five things about their time with Robyn π
Marisa:
So grateful to have you as a leader, mentor, and friend. I appreciate your guidance, determination, and constant drive to make our work lives better and more efficient while building a culture where collaboration really matters. Cheers to another year!
Maysie:
So much of what Robyn does happens behind the scenes, and we're grateful for every bit of it, even the parts we never see. She was also the first interview a lot of us had here, so she's honestly part of why plenty of us ended up saying yes! Happy five years!
Maria:
Robyn truly wears more hats than I can count, and somehow manages to juggle them all. She keeps the Bullseye train on the tracks, overseeing everything from operations and budgets to HR, while also stepping in as our resident event planner and making our annual retreat something the whole team looks forward to. I'm incredibly grateful to have her helping keep Bullseye moving forward every day.
Laura:
Youβre always on top of everything and somehow keep everyone moving in the right direction. Itβs really impressive to see!
Josh:
Robyn is an amazing leader. Her passion, compassion, and determination make her an absolute pleasure to work with.
Five years, Robyn! Here's to plenty more π₯³
38% of Gen Z finds a new restaurant on TikTok, and no other channel even comes close for restaurant discovery for Gen Z.
Toast also found that 46% of diners between 18 and 34 use social media to find somewhere new, against 35% of diners over 35.
Is TikTok part of how your restaurant gets found right now?

When your Google traffic goes up, the question is which kind of search drove it.
Some people type your company name. They knew you existed before they opened the browser, whether someone recommended you or they saw an ad last quarter. Growth here means your name is getting around, which usually reflects work happening somewhere other than search.
Others describe what they need without naming anyone. Someone typing "is a timeshare worth it" has no company in mind yet. A rise in these searches means people who never heard of you are finding you anyway.
Both are worth having, and they answer different questions. A single traffic number combines them, so it can climb without telling you whether more people know you now or whether the people who already did are finding you faster.
