Hawaii Tech Support

What a morning. ☀️

We gathered current and future clients at The Pacific Club for an AI Brunch & Learn, and the room said it all. Healthcare, insurance, nonprofit, and more, all under one roof.

Why so many industries? Because we all share the same headaches behind the scenes. Accounting, invoicing, HR, the business stuff every organization deals with no matter the field.

That's where AI helps. It's not here to replace anyone. It's here to give time back to teams who wear many hats and juggle competing priorities, so you can focus on the work that actually grows the business and makes a bigger impact in the community.

And you don't have to figure it out alone. FlexWorks, our dedicated AI division, is the team that handles AI implementation start to finish, so you get the results without the guesswork.

Real workflows. Real time back. Real ways to make the workday lighter.

Good food, good people, good questions. Mahalo to everyone who came out. 🤙

We had a blast at the Golf Tournament! 🏌️‍♂️🌺

You could find the Hawaii Tech Support crew at hole #15 handing out snacks and running our prize wheel. Players stopped by to spin, win, and take a quick break from the course. So many good vibes and great people all day long.

Mahalo to Helping Hands Hawaii for a wonderful event supporting an even better cause. Until next time!

Celebrating Hawaii's next generation of leaders. 🌺

We had the best time at the 40 Under 40 awards as a proud Nexus Partner. From our booth to the awards dinner, it was a night full of great conversations, big wins, and even bigger inspiration.

Congratulations to all 40 honorees. Hawaii's future is in good hands.

'Our fax machine works fine.' We hear this a lot. Swipe to see what fine is actually costing you.

Switching to cloud fax sounds complicated. It's not, especially when a local team handles everything.

Talk story with the West Oahu food community 🌺🍽️

Our team joined for their West Oahu Business Panel Luncheon to hear from the chefs, restaurant owners, farmers, and educators shaping our island's food economy.

From the fields to the kitchen, one thing was clear: it takes creativity, grit, and strong systems to build something that lasts. That is a value we share with every local business we support. 💪

Mahalo to the panelists and to PBN for a great afternoon. 🌱

We spent time yesterday at the Native Hawaiian Convention listening to Olin Kealoha Lagon break down where AI came from, where it is now, and where it's taking us. No hype, no doom. Just an honest look.

The best part was the room itself. So many good questions from people who genuinely wanted to understand what this technology means for Hawaii and for the next generation here.

Leaving with a lot to think about 🤙

Hawaii Tech Support is a proud sponsor of the 25th Annual Native Hawaiian Convention at the Neal S. Blaisdell Center. 🌺

Day one is in the books. Monday's sponsor reception, this morning's opening ceremony, and a full house in between. More than 2,200 people gathered, ʻōpio to kūpuna, for three days of cultural workshops, and honest conversations about the future of the lāhui.

For 25 years this convention has brought the community together. We are honored to be part of it.

Mahalo 🤙

How much time does your team spend dealing with fax machines every week?

Printing. Walking to the fax machine. Waiting. Checking for busy signals. Re-sending failed faxes. Calling offices to confirm receipt. Sorting paper. Filing paper. Hunting down missing documents.

It adds up fast.

And the most frustrating part? Most of that work has nothing to do with patient care.

FlexDigital turns faxing into a digital workflow.

✅ Send from any device
✅ Instant delivery confirmation
✅ Automatic routing
✅ Secure digital inbox
✅ Full audit trail

No paper stacks. No phone lines. No wondering whether the fax arrived.

Hawaii Tech Support handles setup, training, and documentation for local healthcare practices.
