Being part of such an incredible group of VC’s, captains, assistant captains, and volunteers is something I never take for granted. The leadership, the teamwork, the laughs, and even the chaos it’s what makes this experience so special every single year.

30 days of wall balls! Was it hard h-e-l-l yes it was! Did we struggle yes! But.. did I get it done!? YES!!! It wasn’t about looking pretty it was about not letting myself down. Completing a challenge that I knew was going to be hard! But I got it done with the help of my f45 family!! I love how supportive everyone is and how even some not in the challenge still cheered and made sure we didn’t skip no days! Hyrox Houston ready baby!!! 25 days and counting!!! ✔️ #ɴᴇᴠᴇʀɢɪᴠᴇᴜᴘ
