THE QUESTION IS…
Would you want to work for YOU?

Not the leader you intend to be...
The leader your team actually experiences.

Your communication.
Your reactions.
Your follow-through.
Your expectations.

If you were on your own team…
What’s ONE thing you’d want from you as a leader?

Drop it in the comments. 👇

THE QUESTION IS…
Is your team getting BETTER—or BITTER?

Before you answer, look at your part.
What are you reinforcing?
What are you tolerating?
What are you recognizing?
Culture isn’t built by the words on the wall.
It’s built by what happens every day.
Now your turn:
What’s ONE thing happening on your team that’s making it BETTER? 👇

Leadership gets tested when things don’t go as planned.

Someone makes a mistake.
A deadline gets missed.
A customer is upset.
Something goes sideways.

In that moment, my response matters.

Do I react—or lead?

Do I look for someone to blame—or take responsibility?

I ask:

What happened?
What did I learn?
What’s my next step?

My team is watching how I respond when things get hard.

My response sets the tone.

BUSY DOESN’T ALWAYS MEAN PRODUCTIVE.

You may be busy all day and still not move anything forward.

Meetings. Emails. Phone calls. Problems. Fire after fire.

Being busy is easy.

Being intentional about what I’m committed to accomplish takes leadership.

So ask yourself:

What outcome am I committed to?
What’s my next step?
What am I committed to do to take that next step?

Activity fills your day.

Focused action creates progress.

BETTER QUESTIONS CREATE STRONGER TEAMS.

Great leaders don’t need to have all the answers.

They ask questions that get people thinking, taking ownership and taking action.

Instead of giving the answer, ask:

“What’s the next step?”
“What are you committed to do to take the next step?”
“When will you do it?”

Then listen.

Don’t do the thinking for your team.

Ask better questions. Build stronger people and better teams!
