Temporary Staffing - TMD operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week! Our Employee Guarantee ensures you will not be charged unless you are completely satisfied with an employee’s performance within the 1st four hours!. Temp to Hire - Wish you could “test out” an employee before putting them on the payroll? With TMD’s Temp to Hire program, you can! Our unique service allows you to observe an employee’s skills and work ethic before incurring the time and expense of hiring them permanently. Onsite Management – For our larger customers, TMD offers a valuable Onsite Management service. We will place a dedicated staff member or members at your location to serve as a liaison between you and the temporary staff. Payroll Services – If time spent processing payroll is taking away from concentrating on your company’s day-to-day operations, let TMD process your payroll for you. We can lessen your administrative workload by serving as your personal human resources provider. By becoming the employer of record, we can offer benefits, process payroll and handle all personnel related issues, so you can spend more time on other aspects of your business. Permanent Placement / Direct Hire – Finding the right employees for your company takes a great deal of time and effort. When you use TMD for permanent / direct hire staffing, we do all of the work for you! We conduct an in depth search and interview process to find and refer the employees who most closely match your company’s needs.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the heartbreaking news of the passing of our beloved CEO, Tim Dennis.
Tim was a cherished husband, father, grandfather (Big Daddy), and friend who touched countless lives with his love, kindness, generosity, and genuine friendship. He lived life BIG and was truly a friend to all.
Tim began his career in the staffing industry in 1972. Over the next five decades, he became a true pioneer in our industry, helping shape the staffing industry through his vision, leadership, work ethic, and commitment to people.
In 1994, Tim founded TMD Staffing, building it from the ground up with hard work, determination, and a commitment to serving others. What he started became so much more than a company—it became a family, a legacy, and a testament to the incredible man he was. His impact will continue through the people, relationships, and lives he touched along the way.
We are incredibly grateful for the memories, friendships, laughter, and love he leaves behind. His impact on our industry, our company, and everyone fortunate enough to know him will never be forgotten.
The world gained an angel to watch over us all. ❤️
We will miss him more than words can ever express, but we find comfort in knowing that he is once again dancing in Heaven with his beloved wife of more than 50 years, Kathy.
