🎉 Wrapping up a big one in Pearland.
Almost a full week of work at Memorial Hermann, with a big crew pushing together to get this roof finished right. Long days, a lot of coordination, and everybody doing their part.
From fabrication and getting material where it needs to be, to the guys installing in the field, this one took a real team effort. When everybody stays disciplined and works together, you can see it in the final work.

Some roof details don't get noticed until they're missing.
This standing seam bay window roof is fabricated to match the exact angle of the bump-out. Every panel folded on-site geometry, every seam running clean into the fascia. Nothing here is off the shelf.
It’s a small footprint on the building envelope, but it’s the kind of detail that decides whether a facade reads as custom or as builder-grade. The roofline over a bay window either finishes the house or it doesn’t.

En Houston el envolvente de un edificio tiene que resistir humedad, sol y movimiento tĂ©rmico todos los dĂas del año. El cobre lo hace mejor que casi cualquier otro material: no se oxida como el acero, envejece con carácter y en 40-50 años sigue haciendo su trabajo.
