According to the latest Houston Association of REALTORS® update:
📍 38,947 active single-family listings
📊 5.3 months of inventory
💰 $330,000 median home price
⏱️ 54 days average on market
📉 Single-family home sales were down 11.5% year over year
For buyers, that means more homes to choose from and a little more time to make decisions. For sellers, relatively stable prices continue to provide a solid foundation.
