What do you envision?

Their answer was immediate:

“We lived in Paris, and one of our favorite rituals was visiting Parisian chocolatiers. But we always missed the bold, vibrant flavors of Mexico.”

That conversation became the inspiration behind this installation.

Inspired by the elegance of a Parisian chocolatier, glass allowed each piece to stand out through its color, creating a composition where every detail had its place. A total of 1,200 chocolate truffles, a curated selection of Mexican savory bites, and a crêpe station came together under one visual language—bringing two cultures together with the same level of refinement, intention, and beauty.

Because the most memorable installations don’t begin with a trend.

They begin with a story.

Cinco de Mayo at 🇲🇽
We celebrated the Battle of Puebla surrounded by Mexican art, culture, and cuisine. Cinco de Mayo is not Mexico’s Independence Day — it commemorates the strength, pride, and history behind the Battle of Puebla. ❤️

What better way to honor it than through the work of whose collection inspired our entire culinary experience. Her artwork was transformed into miniature serving trays, turning every dish into a true piece of art.

A special lunch inspired by the flavors of Mexico:
▫️ Pink mole with quail
▫️ Lamb flauta
▫️ Guadalajara-style tortita ahogada
▫️ Huarache with Oaxacan tasajo, quesillo, and chapulín cream
▫️ Tres leches and cajeta cake

All paired with soursop margaritas and cucumber-serrano margaritas.
