The initial lease is 6 months, with an option to renew for an additional 6 months, a maximum of 1 year. It’s an opportunity to learn, experiment, and build real-world retail experience.

Before you apply: One month’s rent is required as a deposit, along with general liability insurance. Units do not have an in-suite restroom or sink; restroom access and a warming kitchen are available in the adjacent building.

Please note that applications for food, beverage, hair salon, and barbershop businesses are temporarily not being accepted.
