A New Jersey based company called Fossil Farms sells kangaroo meat online and ships it to customers across the U.S. Their selection includes ground kangaroo, burgers, medallions, boneless loins and even whole cuts of kangaroo leg.

According to Fossil Farms, the kangaroo is sourced from wild populations in Australia and the meat is known for being high in protein and very low in fat.

That weird little strip at the top of Texas what we now know as the Oklahoma Panhandle has a history tied directly to slavery.

Texas once claimed land farther north than the border we know today. But Texas was a slave state, and under the laws and compromises of the time, slavery could not extend north of the 36°30′ latitude line in that territory.

So during the Compromise of 1850, Texas gave up its claim to land north of that line to the United States and received $10 MILLION as part of the boundary settlement. 💰

That strip eventually became known as “No Man’s Land” before being attached to Oklahoma Territory in 1890 and becoming part of Oklahoma when it became a state in 1907.

So yes… the shape of Texas AND that Oklahoma Panhandle are connected to America’s fight over slavery.

Houston rapper Cartel Bo (Warren Brown) has now been charged with Aggravated Kidnapping after investigators with the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office announced new details in the case.

According to Constable Mark Herman, deputies responded to a welfare check on July 27 in the 15000 block of Darby Retreat Lane. Investigators say they found evidence that someone had allegedly been held captive inside a home and had escaped. The alleged victim was later located nearby and transported for medical treatment.

Authorities say Warren Brown was already in the Harris County Jail on Assault and Continuous Family Violence warrants when investigators identified him as the suspect. He was subsequently charged with Aggravated Kidnapping and is awaiting bond in the 178th District Court.

The case has drawn even more attention because Brown and the mother of his child have spent the past several months publicly feuding on social media. Followers also noticed her last post on X appears to have been on July 18, and she had not posted on Instagram for roughly two weeks before news of the case became public. During that same month, she had also promoted content featuring the two of them together on her OnlyFans account.

At this point, many questions remain unanswered. The timing of those posts does not establish what happened, and there may be context that is not yet public.

As with every criminal case, an arrest is not a conviction. Warren Brown is presumed innocent unless and until the allegations are proven in court.
