If you're sneezing this season, don't blame the goldenrod blooming around Houston right now ~ it's innocent! Goldenrod's pollen is heavy and sticky, designed to hitch a ride on bees and butterflies, not float through the air into your nose. The real culprit is usually ragweed, which blooms at the same time and releases tons of lightweight, windborne pollen.

Here's why we love it anyway:
