Octagos
Octagos modernizes remote cardiac monitoring with AI automation, seamless EHR integrations, and proven real – world accuracy.
Atlas AI™ triages device transmissions, and our Two – Brain Approach™ delivers 99%+ clinical performance.
Patients who live an hour or more from the nearest device clinic are the ones most likely to fall behind on remote checks.
At Dartmouth Health, device tech Karen Strout sees the opposite: her patients stay on track wherever they are, because the monitor travels with them, even into town for the day.
Distance shouldn't decide who stays connected to their care team.
Device clinic staff: What's the farthest a patient has traveled to send in a reading? Drop it below.

CMS is changing how heart failure care gets measured and reimbursed, with Medicare Part B payment adjustments of up to 9%.
Starting in 2027, the Ambulatory Specialty Model will put more focus on outcomes, costs, and earlier intervention.
Remote monitoring can help teams identify patients who need attention sooner, reduce transmission overload, and stay better prepared for value-based care.

Ambulatory ECG monitoring is evolving fast. The challenge is keeping up without adding more work for already stretched teams.
Today at HRX in Atlanta, Dr. Ilyas K. Colombowala will share how AI-driven workflows can help surface actionable arrhythmia events and streamline review.

Octagos is on TIME's World's Top HealthTech Companies list for 2026, the second consecutive year we've been named.
The list is produced with Statista and evaluates health technology companies worldwide. Our work is remote cardiac monitoring: Atlas AI™ prioritizes each transmission by clinical acuity, and a qualified clinician reviews every one of them.
Thank you to the clinics and health systems that trust us with their patients, and to the team that earns that trust daily.

We're bringing field research to HRX Live in Atlanta this week.
If you run a remote monitoring program, you already know the workload has outgrown the systems built to support it. We wanted specifics, so for the Innovation Catalyst Report we brought 37 allied health professionals from 30 practice sites into four focus groups and asked what the job actually requires day to day.
Six pressures came up in almost every room: rising transmission volume, staffing gaps, connectivity troubleshooting, documentation load, billing pressure, and unclear ownership of the work.
They also named three changes they're asking for. Swipe through for what they told us.
Coming to HRX? Find us at booth 307. We want to hear how your program compares to what's in these slides.

Today, we remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the courage of the first responders and the families forever changed by that day.
We carry forward their strength and the resilience that brought people together in the face of unimaginable loss.
We will never forget. 💙

Device technicians reviewing transmissions on their own caught 70.8% of what mattered.
That's from 690,673 transmissions across 78 clinics, published in JACC: Advances.
Put Atlas AI™ in front of that reviewer, and the final report carries 99.1% sensitivity with 99.8% specificity. In the Two-Brain Approach™, a qualified clinician reviews every transmission.

Plenty of vendors sell you a platform, hand you a login, and disappear.
Carol Ann Tolbert at Aurora Denver Cardiology describes the opposite.
Her team was hand-held through implementation, through data collection, through getting every patient connected, and critically, the service didn't stop once the contract was signed.
🎥 Hear Carol Ann on what partnership actually looks like.
"It's not just selling the platform and then leaving the client on their own." — Carol Ann Tolbert, MSHA, MHR, Practice Administrator, Aurora Denver Cardiology Associates

Remote cardiac monitoring runs 365 days a year. Behind every transmission reviewed this weekend is a device clinic team that showed up.
To the nurses, certified device specialists, and clinic staff who keep patients covered through holidays: thank you. Your work is why a patient at home stays connected to their care team.
Wishing you a restful Labor Day.
Most clinicians are right to be skeptical of a new tool on day one.
Dr. Ganesh Venkataraman, a cardiac electrophysiologist at Colorado Heart and Vascular, spent several months testing that instinct against Octagos's Atlas AI™ before it earned a place in his workflow, one where a qualified clinician still reviews every transmission.
If your team is weighing a triage tool of your own, see what changed his mind. Link in the comments.
