Congrats to Mr. Young and his family on his documentary release. Raw, honest, real; that’s who he is. Honored to call him family, prouder to call him a friend. Heart of gold, and his next chapter is going to be amazing! Grateful we got to be there for the premiere and feel every bit of emotion he poured out on that stage.

I was pretty awful at saying “No” until I had my kids, and they gave me a new perspective on it.

The reason I now say “no”, isn’t because of me. It’s so that I can show my kids what kind of person I want them to be by showing them what I am doing as their parent.

Saying “No” is powerful.

You don’t have to explain yourself.

You don’t have to make excuses.

I find success is greater in scope when tied to your purpose.

For me, my goals are not simply achieving; they’re not solely based on a title or recognition. They’re about creating value through what you do to protect families, support women, and leave an honest footprint.

The goal isn’t to make things for yourself alone. The goal is to create something that will also lift those who have less.

START STRONG, LOSE MOMENTUM, REPEAT.

The most significant thing that happened for me was to make it simpler.
When I began “labeling” each month, and gave it one focus; (not all things) but rather one...
January was my focus on being fit.
My current focus is health.

Does that mean I am perfect in how I perform it daily?
No, I simply intend to be more intentional in how I approach it.

However; there seems to be an interesting correlation between being intentional regarding performing this goal, and having greater consistency in achieving said goal.

Perhaps you don’t need a total reset.
Perhaps you merely need to have a focused area.
