Adara Communities

Celebrating the people who make our communities shine! 🧡

Our onsite teams enjoyed an Employee Appreciation Lunch in honor of Labor Day. It was a great opportunity to show our appreciation for the hard work and dedication our teams bring to their communities every day!

Thank you to our onsite teams for all that you do!

Congratulations, Fernanda, on your recent promotion to Property Manager! We look forward to seeing all the amazing things you’ll accomplish in your new role and the positive impact you’ll continue to make for the property and its residents. Congratulations on this well-deserved achievement!

Last week, our Houston managers came together for a full day of learning, connection, and growth. Taking time to step away from our everyday routines gave everyone the opportunity to learn, build stronger relationships, and return with fresh perspectives.

At Adara Communities, we believe investing in our people is one of the best investments we can make. Moments like these remind us that growth happens when we make time to learn from one another.

Thank you to everyone who brought their energy and enthusiasm. We can't wait to see that momentum continue throughout the year. 🧡

We’re proud to share that our RVP, Deven Patel, recently retired after 18 incredible years with Adara!

To celebrate his dedication and leadership, we gathered as a team for a special morning coffee event featuring beverages crafted by a local vendor, followed by a cake cutting in his honor.

It was a wonderful way to recognize his many contributions and the lasting impact he made across our communities. We are so grateful for his years of service and wish him all the best in this next chapter!

Today we took a moment to celebrate something that truly makes our communities special, our people!
