Tuesday Night Special: Salmon Dijon Penne

Tender salmon, penne pasta, sautéed red peppers and shallots tossed in a creamy Dijon mustard sauce with a touch of lemon, then finished with shaved Parmigiano Reggiano.

This is one I always look forward to — rich, creamy, a little tangy, and absolutely delicious.
