Breakthrough ABA

Our children learn from what we say, but also from what they see us do. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
We don’t have to model perfection. We can model how to reconnect, take responsibility, and try again. 🤝

💬 What’s one quality you hope your child sees in you?

Sometimes the way we ask can change the whole routine. 🧩
Clear expectations + simple choices can help your child feel more involved without turning everything into a negotiation.

💬 Where could you offer two simple choices this week?

Parenting doesn’t come with perfect answers and it doesn’t have to.
Your child needs you to keep showing up, learning, and trying again one day at a time.

💬 What’s something you wish you had known earlier as a parent?

Sometimes the best support is simply giving your child a little more time. ⏳
A few extra seconds can create space for them to process, respond, and communicate more independently.

💬 Where could you practice adding that pause this week?

A new school year can shift the rhythm of the whole family. 🎒👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
A little preparation, familiar routines, and patience can make transitions feel more manageable for your child.
