William Hagans has been elected to the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). ABOTA is a prestigious national, invitation-only organization of seasoned trial lawyers and judges committed to protecting the right to a civil jury trial and upholding the highest standards of civility, integrity, and professionalism. To be considered for membership, an attorney must have tried a minimum number of civil jury trials to verdict and be nominated and approved by both plaintiff and defense members of the organization. William’s inclusion is a testament to his extensive trial experience and leadership in the courtroom.
William is Board Certified, by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, in Personal Injury Trial Law. He is also the Past Fellows Chair of the Texas Bar Foundation, a past Chair of the State Bar of Texas Professionalism Committee, and a past Chair of the Board of Breakthrough T1D Houston .
