Kona Reconstruct

Ryan Harold is a homegrown Houston builder with a passion for innovative, high-quality construction. Born and raised in the heart of Texas, Ryan entered the construction world in his late teens, quickly gaining hands-on experience and launching his first construction company in his early 20s. After spending over a decade as a General Contractor, Ryan grew frustrated with the cookie-cutter designs and subpar craftsmanship that dominated the residential new construction market. Ryan shifted his focus from remodeling to creating Kona Custom Homes, where he brings a fresh, modern approach to custom homebuilding. With an eye for architectural sophistication, he blends cutting-edge technology with timeless design elements, reimagining the way homes are built for the future. By integrating sustainable, tech-inspired materials and impeccable craftsmanship, Kona Custom Homes offers more than just a place to live—they provide a living space that’s efficient, durable, and built to stand the test of time.
