ILEA Live was so much more than a convention. It was a few days of learning, growing, getting inspired, building new skills, and somehow walking away with people who already feel like forever friends.
There’s something pretty special about being surrounded by people who understand this crazy event industry and genuinely want to see each other succeed. We came home with new ideas, new connections, a little more confidence, and a whole lot of motivation to keep growing.
Grateful for this community, this experience, and all the memories we made in Chicago!

Our couple definitely wasn’t afraid of color when it came to their sweetheart table. The mix of florals, ribbons, and metallic accents gave the whole setup so much personality. 🌹
