This 80 proof bourbon was Pot Distilled and finished in a roussanne wine barrel from Bent Oak Winery. Distilled one day apart from its Column Still sibling, this release aged an additional two years. Quantities are extremely limited, so reserve your bottle from the Treaty Oak website and visit the distillery to pick up the next piece of Tejas history.

What has been your favorite Tejas release so far?

Another excellent between and . This is a double release of straight rye whiskies finished in Spanish Sweet Vermouth barrels.

Bottle one is a blend of a three and four year rye. After 10 months in the finishing barrels the combination was ready to be bottled at cask strength. This is a solid pour neat or with a bit of water, coming in at 106.8 proof. The finish brings a smokey, almost peated note that makes you want to dive back in for another sip.

Bottle two is even more special. This is a single barrel that Julien, Jake, and team found too unique to blend. Immediate campfire smoke and dried fruit that they swear pairs perfectly with a cigar.

Both bottles are available at the tasting room starting today, and are priced at the insanely approachable $50 and $60 respectively. These are must haves for fans of collaborations elevating already solid products. Get them while you can!

A great collaboration for a great cause is the theme of our new !

We have loved hot sauce for years, so when they teamed up with for their Texas Barrel collection in 2023 we knew we needed some for ourselves. Every set purchased donates $5 to , an organization providing free support groups for individuals living with, or friends & family affected by, depression & bipolar disorder in the greater Houston area.

Several orders for ourselves and friends later and it's time to share one with a lucky winner. We will work with the winner to ship them their own Boerne Brand Texas Barrel collection - two bottles of Texas hot sauce aged in Garrison Brothers bourbon barrels.

We stashed away this phenomenal Rickhouse Series bottle after a visit to the distillery last September because of both the uniqueness of the release (it's made from a Coconut Porter) and because it's Ryan's current favorite from Andalusia. This was a collaboration with in support of Maui Fire Relief, and as a distillery exclusive it sold out quickly.
