Today, as students head back to school, I’m still reflecting on the joy of our Calm to Learn Back-to-School Family Day.
Seeing children and families come together to breathe, move, connect, grow, and learn was such a meaningful reminder of why this work matters. From practicing calming strategies and mindful movement to building confidence, connection, and having fun together, every moment helped bring the heart of Calm to Learn to life.
As I share a few memories from our event, I’m also wishing all of our students an amazing first day and a wonderful school year! ✨ May this year be filled with new friendships, big discoveries, growing confidence, kind hearts, and plenty of moments to pause, breathe, and remember just how capable you are.
Here’s to a school year of Growing Minds • Calm Hearts • Bright Futures. 🌱💜

🌱 What is Social-Emotional Learning (SEL)?
SEL helps children build confidence, manage emotions, develop healthy relationships, and make positive choices.
At Calm to Learn, we believe every child deserves the tools to thrive—academically, socially, and emotionally.
Which SEL skill do you think is most important for children today?
💜 Growing Minds. Calm Hearts. Bright Futures.
