EDMSafe is looking for a few local promoters to help us test and complete an event management software platform. All accounts will be free for the testers.

We are looking to form a community committee to help shape this app.

The platform is designed to help create, manage and document the event lifecycle from start to finish; including event setup and marketing to staff/volunteer tasks and event tear-down schedules and assignments.

We will go through the entire app with the right candidates, but specifically, We are looking for event promoters at this moment. This is so we can begin by testing mock/real event creation.

After this testing completes, we will begin accepting talent, vendors, venues, staff, volunteers, etc. This platform was built to track the lifecycle and to keep events organized without having to spend a ton on software or have to hassle with tons of spreadsheets.
